Jobs and volunteering
Ella’s works with survivors of trafficking and sexual exploitation. The need is urgent and vast, and we do all we can to meet that need.
We are a passionate, growing organisation. Last time we asked, 100 per cent of our staff said they’d recommend Ella’s as a place to work. As a team, we are strong, women-led, authentic, professional and supportive of one another. Join us, take the next step in your career and be a crucial part of ensuring survivors have all they need to recover and build lives that are safe and free.
fundraising manager
We’re recruiting for a brilliant, committed and experienced fundraising professional to help build on the growth we’ve experienced in recent years, and move us to the next level. This is an exciting and inspiring opportunity for the right person, both in terms of the role itself, but also the key part you’ll play in helping to enable women who have survived trafficking and other forms of violence to recover and rebuild their lives.
Job Location: Hybrid (at least one day a week in London office)
Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
Working hours: Full-time or part-time, flexible for the right candidate
Deadline: 9:00am on Friday 29 November.
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be undertaken. This post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role. The Occupational Requirement section under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.
Volunteering
We’re grateful to have some amazing volunteers who make a huge contribution to our work with survivors, both on the frontline and behind the scenes. We also accept university students on placement during courses such as psychology and social work.

ROLE: COMMUNITY SESSION LEADER
We run a range of one-off and regular workshops and activities for the women we work with, to help them build knowledge, skills and confidence, keep active or just have fun. These happen online as well as in person (covid allowing), and range from yoga and cookery through to CV writing and job interview practice. If you have a particular skill to share and would like to explore the possibility of facilitating a session, please get in touch. Please be aware, all Ella’s volunteers will be asked to go through a DBS check.
