Impact Report 2024/2025

Our new Impact Report is out now. It summarises our achievements, the second year of our current five-year strategy. Alongside, our growth and impact in numbers, it also contains stories from some of the amazing women we work with.

Here are our key highlights from the year September 2024 to August 2025:

• Opening two new safe houses, including a dedicated family home

• Supporting more women into education, training and employment

• Reaching 75 children through expanded family support

• Delivering 66 wellbeing and development sessions shaped by survivors

Despite this progress, demand continues to outstrip capacity, with Ella’s able to accept just 23% of referrals for accommodation.

Survivor voice remains central to the organisation’s work, with lived experience shaping services, strategy and advocacy.

As the organisation looks ahead, plans are underway to open further safe houses, expand outreach, and strengthen long-term support for women and families.
